Catie Miller is a former dancer and performer who has lived in London for the past 8 years. Catie had a ‘change of pace’ moment when she became a mother 4 years ago and decided to elevate her love for fitness, wellbeing and community and has been inspired ever since! Finding Xtend Barre, a workout that sculpts, strengthens and motivates, was something that developed a deeper love and understanding for fitness and brought her back to her dancing roots. Catie was mostly recently was named a ‘FRESH FACE OF WELLBEING’ by British Vogue.
