Holiday is a fresh new voice in the meditation world. A former chronic stress head with a very loud inner critic, Holiday finally decided that enough was enough and on a tip from her mum went to her first mindfulness class. This changed everything and led to three years intensively studying everything she could about meditation and travelling around the world to experience different styles.
She eventually decided to share all of these amazing learnings, becoming a meditation teacher and calling the style she teaches Soulfulness. Soulfulness blends the traditional practise of mindfulness with the more heart led practises of self compassion and gratitude. Her message to the world is that you can accept yourself just as you are, you don’t have to fight to be the best version of yourself and you already have everything you need within you. She wants to help as many women and men as possible, connect to the deep place of freedom she found when she finally learnt how to love herself, just as she is.
