The Purpose of Life

There comes a point in your life where you have undoubtedly begun to ask the questions……What is the meaning of life? What is your purpose? These questions normally come around at a time when you are going through a difficult period in your life.

 

It was no different for me. After the death of my husband I repeatedly asked these questions and with spiritual guidance, a lot of soul searching and a willingness to embrace change I was shown the answers.

 

Your journey begins at birth, where you are born of pure unconditional love. As you settle into your early years, very quickly things change and you go from living through love to fear. This happens as you become conditioned to live a certain way. You live this way to fit in with society, so that you are accepted and approved by others.  It is through this social conditioning that you learn your belief systems, most of them tucked so deep within your subconscious that you are unaware of them. These limiting beliefs are what stop you becoming ‘THE BEST YOU’ and achieving your true potential. I share with you how you can remove these limiting beliefs so that you are able to move forward, out of your comfort zone and into a better life.

 

We will discuss how removing these limiting beliefs is just part of finding that peace and happiness within, and how having a mindful approach to your everyday life is also essential. It is only when you are able to stand back, be honest with yourself and observe how you think and feel about situations in your life it will become easier.  The only way to do this is to train your mind, gradually reducing any negative or unwanted anxieties and worries and replacing them with positive thoughts.
