Christine Erickson is a Mindfulness Coach and Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She owns two businesses: The Mindful Lab, providing online and in person coaching to help teach mindfulness; and Emotional Healing, PLLC, providing therapy services for adults and children. She is also an award winning international speaker, where she recently received an award from the Women Economic Forum for “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All in Mindfulness.”
Christine’s undergraduate degree is in nursing and she worked as a Registered Nurse doing pediatric home care and school nursing before going back to graduate school.
After obtaining her master’s degree, Christine spent 5 years volunteering as a mental health therapist at a local volunteer clinic. She has worked at a residential treatment center providing family, group, equine, and individual counseling, and began her private practice in 2017. Christine has done certificate training in personality disorders, Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training, Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, and the science of energy healing. She also has a certificate in Mindfulness in Psychotherapy, and is trained as a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has worked with populations of all ages.
Christine is mom to seven children, including six biological children and one daughter adopted from foster care. Christine and her husband Jeff have fostered five children ages ten to eighteen, and love tandem biking and making pottery as a family.
