Shaon Berry is the founder and CEO of The Metro Sports & Entertainment group (Metro Esports), headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, is a digital sports media, technology education, and event production company designed to attract, engage, educate, and entertain a broad and diverse group of gaming and technology enthusiasts nationwide.

Metro partners with organizations like The YMCA, Verizon, Microsoft, Riot Games, Logitech, and others to feature Gaming, Tech. Education & Content Creation studios with new locations on campus at Lincoln University, Largo Maryland, and NW Washington D.C. Widely recognized as an innovative sports industry executive Shaon has specialized in creating high-profile, high-volume, community-focused, nationally televised sporting events.

Prior to forming Metro, Shaon created and produced The Semper Fidelis All- American Bowl Platform (2011-2017) with an All-American Game watched on the NFL, CBS & ESPN Television Networks and featuring some of the nation’s best talent with an intense focus on character, discipline and academic excellence. In addition to working in sports, Shaon also brings more than (25) years of senior and executive-level business management experience working across a multitude of industries, including telecommunications, transportation, and healthcare.

A former Division 1 football player at the University of Pittsburgh, Shaon also graduated from Cornell University’s Executive Management program.
