Anandi is the founder of The Sleep Guru. She’s a sleep consultant and has been working in the wellness field for 25 years. She works with executives, entrepreneurs and very busy people who are stressed, foggy headed and unable to concentrate due to sleep deprivation. They are struggling with just about everything.
Anandi knows personally what it’s like to suffer from insomnia night after night, month after month, year after year. Being a business owner herself, she’s fully aware of how lack of sleep ruins your creativity, affects your relationships and has serious effects on your health.
Anandi is an Ayurvedic therapist, NLP practitioner, senior yoga teacher and Akhanda yoga teacher trainer. She’s also a certified Chopra meditation instructor and is affiliated with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
She’s the author of ‘Breathe Better Sleep Better’ which explains how to use the breath as a healing tool, not just for sleep, but for wellbeing as a whole.
Her latest development is a new five step methodology for insomnia and stress.
Anandi’s message to the world is that you don’t need drugs for insomnia, you just need balance.
