Bonnie Parsons, Founder & Director, Seen on Screen

Seen on Screen have pioneered a national fitness trend teaching thousands of women to dance like their favourite pop icons, while boosting confidence, building a community and helping every student feel like the best version of themselves.

Our professional instructors regularly dance with the biggest stars in the industry, and bring their talent back to the studio to help students learn the music video moves of their idols. More importantly, they’re adept at breaking dance moves down and lifting students up, so they leave feeling confident, inspired and ready to take on the world.

Seen on Screen was founded in 2011 by professional dancer and entrepreneur Bonnie Parsons when she was just 23 years old. Having trained in London, New York and LA, Bonnie began her career in 2007 dancing for clients such as Florence & The Machine, Kelly Rowland, Professor Green, Seal, the MOBO’s and the X Factor Live Shows. After working in the entertainment industry for over five years, and teaching extensively at London’s top dance studios, Bonnie saw a gap in the market. She wanted to make the top professional dancers (regularly seen on screen performing with the biggest stars in the world) available to people everywhere, helping women find a form of exercise they love.

Over the past 6 years, Bonnie has followed her own path as a ‘dancetrepeneur,’ single handedly building the business from the ground up. As a passionate advocate of boosting confidence through dance, Bonnie has developed an elite team of instructors to help her get the masses moving. SOS imbues women with the body confidence and self-awareness of a dancer, which carries through into their personal and professional lives. Balancing creativity with business acumen and hard-work, Bonnie’s ambition is to build SOS into a global force, improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of women, all over the world.

“I wanted to turn fitness on its head and create a fun, non-judgmental and empowering alternative, where all women can learn how to use dance as a source of strength, power and confidence.”
