Many years ago Lyndal saw a woman pole dancing and thought she was beautiful, strong, athletic, sensual and feminine. She had it at the back of her mind to try pole dancing for a good two years before she actually got herself through the door to give it a go. She kept talking herself out of it; basically fear, doubt and negative self-talk kept her stuck, and not much happened while she was sitting around telling herself she wasn’t good enough.
Well, once she finally got herself through the door to her first pole lesson, she was totally hooked and hasn’t looked back since. She loved training and even though it was often challenging, she kept going. She didn’t know during those early years of training that she would go on to reach a professional level of pole dance- competing, performing and teaching others. It just happened.
She loves pole dancing for the physical benefits such as improved strength, muscle tone, flexibility and overall fitness, not to mention being able to do so many cool things with her body.
In addition, she has experienced the benefits of pole dancing off the pole as well- gaining strength of character and feeling empowered to live a fulfilled life and capable of achieving her goals. Also, she doesn’t give a you-know-what when less enlightened people ask her if she’s a stripper. (giggles)
What she loves most about pole dancing is the awesome mood she is in after each training session.
Lyndal now concentrates on teaching her clients; it has become her passion to give the gift of movement and pole dance to other women. She nurtures her clients through their own pole dance journeys and delights in witnessing the transformation into sexy confidence that women make. She is on a mission to help as many ladies as possible to become empowered through pole dance, both on and off the pole.
