Inspirational motivator and expert in connecting passion and energy to loving and living life on purpose. Founder of Live Love Life Coaching and Naylor George Recruitment. Regular guest on Notts TV and BBC Radio Nottingham.
Sarah J Naylor believes that ‘life is but an illusion of our own creation’. When you connect with your passions and talents, believe in yourself wholeheartedly and have the right mindset, you can achieve your wildest dreams.
Sarah has come to hold these beliefs thanks to her own personal life experiences and a career path that started in recruitment in 1987. Helping people find their dream job and employers find their dream candidate, building relationships, creating great outcomes and having a truly positive impact on the lives and careers of others are just some of the reasons Sarah was drawn to recruitment, and why she still runs a business of her own to this day!
Sarah has always explored life with a deep spiritual awareness, and by following her inner guidance and allowing her inner flow to show her where to go, she made the decision to train as a performance coach in 2012. It was an instant fit – as someone who has always wanted the best for others and supported people to be the best they can be, becoming a coach has allowed Sarah to reawaken the wisdom she has always had within. Driven by her mission to help people awaken to the possibilities in their personal and professional lives, she has since become qualified to train other coaches, in turn deepening her ability to deliver first-class training.
Through her customised one-to-one coaching sessions, workshops and published materials, Sarah taps into her rich life experience and vibrant sense of spirituality to share wisdom, ideas and ways of thinking that have the power to transform lives.
Energetic, genuine and engaging, Sarah’s talks and workshops combine thought-provoking content, down to earth anecdotes and practical strategies leaving participants feeling uplifted and inspired.
Sarah is also the author of Shining a Light on You, a book that offers guidance for anyone looking to get their career on track so that they can live their life with more purpose and meaning.
In between running her two businesses, Sarah makes regular appearances on local radio and TV programmes, and makes a point of finding time to enjoy the great outdoors, whether on a hike, a bike, or venturing further afield on a yoga retreat.
