Yema is a psychotherapist, life coach, mentor and trainer. She has helped women from all walks of life internationally through trauma, depression, anxiety and other life challenges. She has also helped many women build the life of their dreams. Yema has lived and worked in different countries and cultures, as a result she has exceptional cultural competence, which gives her the ability to understand and work with very diverse groups of people.
Whether she is helping you explore who you really are through psychotherapy, coaching you towards your goals or helping you bring your vision to life in a workshop, Yema’s healing presence holds the space for you to come into your own.
As a black woman in the personal development world Yema has been very aware of the great gap in addressing the needs of women of African descent. She has made it her mission to fill that gap.
