Do you feel healthy? Do you know how to take great care of yourself? Many people do not feel well, however, accept this as normal.

The last 20 years in my work as a psychologist I worked mostly with people that feel depressed or burn-out. To a lesser extent with persons that suffer from panic or anxiety attacks or have been through traumatic experiences. What I notice is that many of these people are out of alignment with their true self.

I support people to connect with who they truly are. Why is this important? When our mind, body and soul are connected with each other we experience more wholeness. The way we think influences our body. The way we treat our body by our choice of food and the balance in activity and rest, influences our mind. If either one is out of balance it can be hard to connect with our soul. People can feel alone when they are disconnected from their soul and may seek for fulfilment in for example a relationship.

I believe that we can feel true happiness inside ourselves when our mind, body & soul are in balance and connected with each other. The happier we feel the more we shine and share love with others and make this world a peaceful place.
