In this workshop Matt explains why you should systemise your business. Not only that but he will show you what, he believes, are the twelve main systems every business needs to be successful.

Matt has found through his research that there are three main reasons why people start their own business. These are to earn more money, to give them a better work-life balance and to do a job they are passionate about.

Through his own experiences and talking to others, Matt knows that having all three very rarely happens. People sometimes manage one or two of them but not all three. Matt, however, believes it is possible if you put the right systems in place.
In his workshop, he will take you through his very own program of how to put these twelve in place. Matt explains it like this:

“All the systems should run components. Different systems go inside different components. The components then become a cog that turns within the business. For the business to be running well every cog needs to turn. Think of it as a car engine. If one of the components were to stop turning, there is a good chance the car will break down”.
