Kundalini is an ancient practice that enables everyone to develop the wisdom and strength to manage the pressures and challenges of life today and to become all they can be. It is a holistic, spiritual and meditative form of yoga, combining postures with breathing techniques and mantra chants.
This meditation session is designed to release and circulate energy and achieve a calm mind. It starts with a short introduction to Kundalini followed by a quick body loosen up, then three meditations and finally some closing words and a group chant to seal the practice.
If you have never meditated, this will be a great introduction. If you find it hard to meditate, you will learn some simple and effective techniques. If you have been meditating for years, you will love this!
