Our Relationship to Change; How to Step Back to Move Forwards

We will be exploring how our relationship to Change affects how we choose to live our lives and how, by stepping back and exploring this relationship, we can begin to take responsibility for creating change that comes from within. Only by looking at ourselves in this way can we make long-lasting and effective changes in our lives so that we begin to move forward in meaningful and healthy ways.

You will come away from the workshop with:

– a greater understanding of how your relationship to Change is impacting on the decisions you’re making in your life.
– awareness of how to address and deal with your blocks to Change
– ideas and tips on how to become unstuck and start creating meaningful shifts in your life

Be prepared to take an honest look at yourself during the workshop where you’ll be invited to consider some powerful questions to get your process of change kick started.
