RTT combines different types of effective therapy with hypnotherapy. It’s key feature is that it can rapidly get to the root cause of beliefs and behaviors which are problematic. Most people need only one or two 90 minutes sessions. After the session, clients need to play a personalized recording for 3 weeks. This is to establish new habits of thought and new habit of action.
Rapid Transformational Therapy can be used for a wide range of emotional and physical issues. It is particularly successful at dealing with depression, anxiety, phobias and chronic illness. In addition, it can also be used for highly specific behaviors such as fear of speaking in public, exam stress or exercise motivation.
In an RTT session the client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to permanent powerful change because RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do (such as work on achieving health, turn fear into excitement etc, becoming indifferent to junk food, cigarettes, and even alcohol). It can tell the body how to react and how to feel and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind.
