Christine uses an individual approach combining principles of neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. She has done additional extensive training, receiving a Certificate in Mindfulness in Psychotherapy in 2014. She has also done certificate training in personality disorders, the science of energy healing, mental health integrative medicine, and trauma work.
Christine and her husband Jeff have parented a lot of children for a lot of years. Specifically they have more than 22 years experience parenting, and are grandparents to one sweet baby boy. They are parents to six biological children, one adopted child, and have fostered five children over the past few years. They currently have five children in their home.
From her work with clients as well as personal experience, Christine has helped children and parents cope with divorce, death, loss, addiction, trauma, ADHD, behavioral issues, sleep problems, anxiety, depression, bipolar, Asperger’s, OCD, and schizophrenia.
Christine combines her training with her personal experience and empathy for other parents as she helps families find practical tools to cope with their unique challenges.
