Ghazi Muhammad is a certified John C. Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, Coach, and Professional Storyteller. He is an author and entrepreneur and a proud member of the National Speakers Association. Born in St Louis, Missouri to a teenage mother, Ghazi’s childhood was spent navigating the dangerous mines of inner-city street life. Being among the first group of urban youth to be ill-affected by the school to prison pipeline, at age 17 he was sentenced and sent to adult prison, serving 7 consecutive years. Prison became his university. He studied intensely, every subject of interest and began speaking and inspiring other inmates to change their lives by shifting their thinking. After his release, he began working with non-profit organizations that focused on at-risk youth. Over the past 20 years he has started several businesses, a transitional facility for men, developed mentoring programs, and has electrified audiences across the country with his passionate heartfelt messages. He is the founder of F.E.L.O.N. 2.0, an empowerment coaching program designed to help others to break free from their self-imposed prisons and enjoy life “Beyond the Walls”. Ghazi currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his family.
