Wendy Cruz is a renowned international journalist and presenter with more than 15 years of experience in communications in both English and Spanish. She has worked as a reporter for prestigious international networks such as Univisión. Some of his work has been published on CNN en Español. He was born in San José, Costa Rica, where he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
At the age of 19, she was hired in her native country as a reporter and presenter on the highest-rated national channel (Teletica Canal 7). She was presenter of the morning newscast for 4 years. He collaborated in various sections of this news channel covering topics inside and outside his country from investigative reports, events, education and politics to topics of human and social interest.
Wendy did an internship on CNN in 2003 and later collaborated as a correspondent for the “El Mundo Informa” program on CNN en Español.
In 2007, she was hired as the main presenter for the 5pm newscast on the Univision Network in Dallas. For more than 7 years she worked as a reporter and presenter for Univision 23, characterized by her natural development on camera, charisma and professionalism.

Wendy Cruz currently works as a freelance journalist, lives in Dallas Texas, participates as a moderator in events, debates and conferences inside and outside the United States. He runs the WendyCruz.net website and does independent consulting and journalism training.
