In this Fluid Vinyasa Session, we’ll open the body through movements, breathing patterns, and a conscious directing of our awareness, so we can be the living conduits of the Supremely Intelligent Energy. There will be emphasis on “unkinking” of the back and spine, as they are the highway of the Universal Life Force that innervates and activates your subtle energy centers.

Dehypnotize. To arouse from a hypnotic state.

DEhypnosis? Today many unsuspecting people seeking relief from a variety of emotional  issues and problems go to a hypnotherapist with the expectation of being hypnotized into freedom from compulsions and destructive impulses. However, you are unknowingly in need of being DE-hypnotized. There are individuals and groups of people who seem willing and ready to partake in a state of collective hypnosis (receive the information, absorb it without question, and allow an alien will free reign) through a trigger mechanism that renders them subject to the will of manipulators and mass influencers.


Hypnosis is simply being subject to externally implanted thoughts and feelings through suggestion in moments when you are vulnerable or wrapped up in your thinking or imagination. Your subconscious mind is easily pumped up with words and images from your parents, family, friends, school, TV, video games, movies, books and society. Without a “FIREWALL” for your mind, you are helpless against the immense strength of these messages. Hypnosis is defined as; an artificially induced trance state resembling waking sleep, characterized by a heightened susceptibility to suggestion. Expert manipulators know how to hypnotize someone in seconds, without them even knowing. It’s called covert hypnosis or progressive involvement. All of us have already been “PRIMED” to external influences so in moments all it takes to hypnotize someone is to bypass our conscious mind, and penetrate to the unconscious mind.

DEhypnosis removes you from the simi-sleep to “wake up” from external influences and back of mind self-imposed hypnotic trance states. Nobody can ever know how powerfully God can act in your life until you wake up from the hypnotic trance we all are submerged in. Everything is possible once we get rid of the hypnotic spiritual paralysis of evil that control our souls. Emotions that have taken the control of our intent and our will power are: 1- Fear 2- Anger 3- Doubt 4- Guilt 5- Shame. Meditation will free you to observe the hypnotic tug of the emotions and beliefs and allow you to be free from struggling with them.

For example, Julia’s mind was trapped in the Princess Syndrome — because of fairy tales implanted when she was little, she’s convinced that life should present her with a handsome Prince Charming. Such a damsel in distress is vulnerable to egotistical men. Julia is unaware of being attracted to sociopaths because their superficial charm appears to fit her preconceptions. Despite the objective evidence [disdain, distrust, denial] that he is a creep she deceives herself that the guy is a great catch. And Julia will even regret “losing” him when he either dumps her or she finally rebels at being mistreated. Sadly, without dehypnosis, damsel Julia will continue to pine for her putrid Prince.


HOW DEHYPNOSIS CHANGES EVERYTHING

Dehypnosis puts you in control. It changes your negative hypnotic thoughts to positive, empowering thoughts. Dehypnosis has 3 main characteristics:

1. Meditation therapy: a fancy label for straightening out your thinking. (In Julias’s case it would involve facing the reality of the kind of men she actually chooses rather than the type she daydreams about).

2. Action assessments/journaling: change your reactions and you change your thoughts and feelings. (So, for example, you would be encouraged to take risks that could result in enjoying life-affirming activities).

3. Practice objectivity: you should practice such being aware of your thoughts and reactions to your environment. In Julia’s case this would mean she changes what she tells herself from helplessness to knowing she can control her needs and desires. By doing so she would resolve emotional conflicts and traumas.
